中華そば専門店勝やさんに行ってきました。
梅ヶ丘駅から歩いて1、2分でちょっと路地に入った所にあります。昼時を過ぎに訪問しましたが8人ぐらい並んでいたのであまり待たないかと思って並ぶも20分以上の待ちとなりました。結構待つなと思ったら1回につき２つしか作ってなかったので段取りが悪いのか狭くてどうしょうもないのかといった感じ。店内の半数以上は地元の方で昔からの常連さんのようです。地元に愛されるお店は素晴らしいですね。
