2024年5月中旬平日 中華麺 980円
目指していた店に臨休でフラれBMしていた永福町大勝軒系の此方を訪問。
11時20分着で外待ち5人に接続。10分ほど待って入店した。
店内は厨房を囲むL型カウンター10席。店主と奥さんの２人体制で忙しそうだ。
メニューは壁に掛かった木札。中華麺、生玉子麺、ワンタンメン、チャーシュー麺、ワンタン、メンマの６枚の札が掛かっている。麺はデフォで2玉分で半分にするとワンタンかチャーシューを追加してくれる。何の掲示も無かったが予習していたので、麺半分でワンタンを入れて下さいと注文した。やはり予習は大切だ。
10分ほどで丼が登場。デフォ麺量の丼より一回り以上小さいがサイズ的には通常サイズ。
スープはビターな煮干しがジーンと響き動物系が支える永福町大勝軒系の味わい。表面にラードが少なめに浮き、意外にも胡椒が初めから強めに効いている。なかなか美味しいスープだが、胡椒は後から好みで入れられたらありがたい。
麺は草村商店製の細麺ウエーブ。確り茹でてありソフトな感触で啜り心地も良い。
具はチャーシュー、ワンタン、メンマ、ナルト。チャーシューはホロヤワで美味しい。ワンタンはチュルンとした皮で小指の先ほどの肉餡で美味しい。８個位入っていただろうか、沢山入っていた。メンマは味が薄め。もう少し濃いと有難い。
サクット完食、スープは多いので半分ほど残して終了。ご馳走さまでした。
