家族の晩ご飯に串カツ田中へ。
最近のお気に入りで、これで3回目の訪問。
旨くて安いという大衆居酒屋の見本のようなお店。
土曜日の19時の訪問ですでに満席。
10分ほど待っての入店と相変わらずの人気ぶり。
まずはビールで乾杯！！
醤油麹の冷奴、牛すじ土手、食べ放題のキャベツに塩をかけてポリポリと。
続いての日本酒に切り替え。
枝豆、ホルモン炒め、しめ鯖をツマミに頂きます。
やはり人気という、牛すじ土手やホルモン炒めが旨いな〜。
続けてメインの串カツ。
ジャンジャン頼みますよ〜。
二度付け厳禁のソースに浸して頂きます。
カリカリサクサク、どれもメチャ旨いわ〜。
個人的に気に入ったのは大阪名物紅ショウガ。
バナナの串カツもあって、これはデザートっぽい感じ(^^;;
そして串カツにはサッパリなハイボールが合いますね。
〆に頼んだ大阪名物かすうどん。
具には油かす、とろろ昆布、刻みネギ。
油かすは北千住のみそ味専門マタドールで食べた以来かな。
スープは鰹や昆布などの魚介出汁。
すっきり感がありつつも強めの酸味を感じます。
うどんは太めの平打ち麺。
噛むとギュッギュッと強いコシがあり美味しい。
そしてやはり具の油かすが面白い。
スープに浸って柔らかな食感で、食べると牛の風味とコクが凄い。
油かすがスープにも牛の風味を加えて、後半は力強い味わいに。
最後はソフトクリームで締めて満足。
いや〜ここは相変わらず満足度が高いね。
