2023.9.1にオープンしたばかりの世田谷製麺所さん。
一度食べておこうと思い本日訪問。
開店7分前で先客1人…
そんなもんかと思っていたらあれよあれよと列(汗)
危なかったｗ
こちらのお店でオーダーしたのはワンタン中華そば。
通常で220gあるそうで…まぁ私には余裕なんですが
女性だとちょっと多いかもですね。
同一料金にはなりますが半ラーメンにも出来るそうです。
(私は当然普通ですね)
大盛りやライス系はないので
ホントに中華そば一本勝負な感じです。
着丼で驚いたのは器の大きさ。
かなり、だいぶ、大きいです。
熱々のスープが波々でチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ、
刻みタマネギ、ワンタンとビジュアルは完璧。
レンゲでまずスープ頂くと「あー」と納得のスープ。
最近あまり食していない、まさにthe中華そばです。
麺はどこですかね?ピンクの箱しか見えなかったので
わかりませんが店名が店名なので自家製麺でしょうか?
ワンタンもトゥルンとした感じでうまっ
チャーシューはまっこんなもんでしょうか。
最後の最後まで熱々でとてもおいしいスープでしたね。
個人的な好みで言えば麺がちょっと私好みでは
ありませんでしたが総じておいしい一杯でしたね。
この量と質で９５０円なのは今の時代では破格かと…
満足出来る一杯なのは間違いないです。
