梅ヶ丘の梅を見に週末の昼前訪問
行列の寿司屋を横目に駅前を徘徊すると
洗練された店構えの当店にたどり着く
少し寿司の舌だったのだけど
あの行列を見てラーメンにギアシフト
ビールとおつまみワンタンをいただき着丼待ち
私は特選和出汁塩、妻は和出汁葱胡椒
塩ラーメンのクリアスープは満点の味わい
シンプルな旨塩ラーメンを存分に味わいたい派なだけに
ちょっと具が多過ぎて、終盤までやっつけ喰いと
なってしまう事が私的には残念なところ
妻の葱胡椒はいい風味、満足とのコメント
開店直後の入店だったがじきに満席
店を出る時は席を待つ家族が並びだす盛況ぶり
ご馳走様でした
