スタッフ研修中に付き、現在11時〜15時の昼営業のみの貼り紙。平日14時過ぎはさすがに店内に数人のみ。
焼肉ラッキーの斜め向かい。間口は広くガラス張りなのに、全くラーメン屋に見えないので通り過ぎること数度。
スタッフ男性2名。広々したカウンターに案内され、QRコードを読み取ってオーダー。決定すると店員さんがやって来て「お会計お願いします」とタブレットを持ってきて食べる前にお会計。
DXの割りにオーダーから決済までワンストップじゃない（飲食店は大体このタイプ）のと、店内に客が使えるWi-Fiが無いっていうのはモヤモヤする。真空管アンプに巨大モニター（映画上映）、贅沢な空間に金はかけるのに何故？
一番安いラーメンは千円。でも千円の値打ちは感じる味わい。麺も好きなパッツン系。
お腹いっぱいになるためにスープ全部いただこうとしたら、底の方がめちゃめちゃ塩っぱい。塩ダレが均等に混ざってないんじゃ…
