元柴崎亭梅ヶ丘店の居抜き。系列店ではあるみたい。
醤油、塩いずれも和出汁の名が付けられているだけあり和風な節系とふんわりと優しい煮干しが香るスープ。醤油はカエシと、塩はタレの塩梅も絶妙。
合わせる麺は平打ちストレート。エッジが効いた全粒粉麺。単体では旨いがスープとの相性は…。
具材は豪華絢爛。中でもモモチャーシューがしっとりと低温調理され際立っていた。ワンタンは柔らかい餡にチュルチュルの皮で中にラードが入っているのか少々主張強め。
スープはとっても優しいのに食べ疲れるという、なんだろうバランスのちぐはぐさに違和感を覚える一杯だった。もちろん普通に旨い一杯であるのは間違いないが。ご馳走様でした。
