チャーシューワンタンメン1250円
大ぶりワンタン、ワンタンが旨かった、焼豚チャーシュー、豚、鶏、両方入るのは嬉しい、細麺
かなり久しぶりの訪問、支那そばタイプで方向性的には好きな感じのラーメンだったので行きたくなりました。

だいぶ前、お店は居酒屋、飲み屋の雰囲気、自分以外常連さんでワイワイとして、夜だからか、ラーメンをだけを食べに来ている人は居ない、肩身が狭い思い出だった
今回はお昼で3人でしたが同じく飲み屋でした
片手間にラーメンを作っている印象、麺を茹でるのもお湯が沸騰しきれてない状態での投入、なので麺がグニュとする、チャーシューはパサパサ感、スープのキレも今一つパッとしない、ワンタンは当日、前日作った違いか、ピンクがかったワンタンと、そうでないのとでは味や色が違う、ピンクの鮮度の方が美味しかった
昔取った杵柄と言おうか、技術にあぐらをかいているように思えた、元々はワンタン、チャーシュー、麺、薬味のネギの鮮度だったり、素晴らしいのが作れるのでは？気持ちを込めれば絶品の支那そばが出来そう
これでいい、と言われてしまえば良いのかも知れないが、勿体ない気がしてならなかった
