都内至る所にある家系ラーメンの店「せい家」。実は経堂に本店があるのをご存知だろうか？
経堂駅から徒歩5分ほどにある「せい家 本店」。
・らーめん 650円
凄い久々にせい家に来たんだけどこんなにも麺太かったんだ。
スープは、こりゃ旨い！豚骨とりガラによる出汁がしっかりと出てる上にカエシのキレもある。動物系によるトロミに鶏油が一層満足度を上げる。
これは本店だからなのか？以前行った他店よりはるかに旨いスープではないか。
これならライスもつけとけばよかった。
太平打ち麺はモチモチで硬めコールにもしっかりと応えてくれる。スープをしっかりと持ち上げ最後まで一気に駆け抜ける勢いがある。
これなら他の店舗も行こうかな。ごちそうさまでした。
