東急世田谷線の山下駅（といっても、都電の停留所みたい）の近く、飲食店の集まった横丁の一番奥にあります。照明を落としているので、夜は営業中かどうか、ちと迷いますね。
ビール１本、ワイン２杯、料理２品で、〆て５８００円でした。生ビールは１種のみで、あとは瓶。フランスのクローネンブルクをいただきました。ワインは、グラスですと、赤白２種ずつ。赤はフランスと南アフリカの。中庸ですが、料理の伴には合っているかな。（ちなみに、ちゃんと大きいグラスでしたよ） 料理は、年末近くなので、だいぶ品薄。まず、田舎風パテ。安定の味ですね。添え物で苺が付いてくるのが珍しいな。一緒にパン４切れが出てきましたが、料理についてくるのか、チャージ代わりなのかは不明。会計から判断すると、サービスかもね。次に、マデイラ風の牛肉煮込み。柔らかすぎず、適度な歯応え。マデイラワインを使っているとのこと。やや甘めなのは、そのためですかね？ とりあえず、満足できるひと時でした。
料理は、フランス田舎料理と聞いていましたが、パスタやピッツァ、クスクスなどの北アフリカものもあるので、地中海一帯ということですかね？ 値段は、一品当たりは安くはないんだけども、量的には、そこそこあるので、２人の方が割安かもね。
店内は、だいぶ照明を落としてあって、少なめの電燈の光が暖かい雰囲気を演出している様子。テーブルや椅子なんかも、レストランというより家庭的。ただ、これですと、品書きが読みにくいな。品書き自体も、ちと分かりにくいし。
