豪徳寺には何度も足を運んだが
ここはノーマークだった。
町のなんの変哲も無いヨーロッパ風料理でしょ。
そんな間違った先入観が
すべて誤りだったと料理が運ばれて来た時に
やっと分かった。
確実な料理人の腕と知識が
各料理に感じられる。
うまい。
売り切れの品もあったので
次回、また行ってみたいと思います！
