千歳船橋駅前の城山通りに黄色の店舗用 軒先テントが目立つラーメン屋さんです。目立つ軒先テントが気になっていたので、前を通る度に一度訪問してみたいと思っていました。
・ 練りごまラーメン
あまり見かけない胡麻ラーメンですが、以前、環八の中の橋交差点近くにあったラーメン屋さん「江戸壱」で頂いた記憶があります。
さて、スープは煮立て過ぎの様な感じですが、先ずは一口頂きます。胡麻の風味の中にややピリ辛さがある坦々麺風の胡麻感を感じます。この時点でさらりと胡麻の風味が口の中に広がった「江戸壱」のごまラーメンのスープとは違いますね。麺も頂きましたが、残念ながらスープとの調和が今ひとつのように思えました。
