こちらの和菓子をテイクアウト利用。
今回は日持ちが短い商品ということで豆大福、鮎のような商品である「鯉のぼり」、そして鹿の子のセットをいただきました。
全て値段は1個当たりでは200円以下とお手頃価格なお店といえそうです。
食べてみた感想としては全体的にどの和菓子も口に入れた瞬間はかなりの甘さ。
ただ、食べ進めてみると徐々に甘さが収まっていき、最終的には上品な甘さに感じます。
特に「鯉のぼり」は中に入っている求肥も外側の皮も甘いにも関わらず、食べ進めてみるとなぜか上品。
お大福も餡がしっかりとしているものの、皮もしっかりとした食べ応えで全体の味のバランスが取れています。
何かすごく印象に残るわけではありませんが、味のバランスが取れた和菓子だと思いました。
