オーダーした料理:日本一美味しいミートパスタ110円0(税別)＋納豆100円(税別)、前菜盛り合わせ3点盛り1350円(税別)
経堂駅より徒歩3.4分ほど。通りに面しています。細長い階段を上って現地に着きます。
店内には料理を作る男性と給仕の女性合計2名。2人ともとても愛想が良く、話しかけて下さりサービスはもうしぶんありません。
こちらのお店は東京ミート酒場で有名なトスカーナのFC店。ずっと気になっていた日本一という言葉を確かめに。
まずは前菜盛り合わせ。三点盛りは8種類の中から選ぶことができ、今回はマッシュルームのカルパッチョ、明石タコとトマトのハニーマリネ、エビとアボカドのタルタルを選びました。
タコのハニーマリネはタコが柔らかく美味しかったです。マッシュルームのカルパッチョは想像とちょっと違かったかな？マッシュルームにチーズとガーリックぽい塩をかけたシンプルな一品。エビとアボカドのタルタルは写真の通り普通です。
さて、メインのミートパスタ！やはり美味しいですね。生麺のシコモチ食感がいい。麺の中に隠れたチーズが私的にはツボでした。肝心のミートソースもじっくり煮込まれているだけあり濃厚。ここで、オススメされた納豆を混ぜてみる。ミートパスタに納豆なんて想像もしませんでした。しかし、とても合います！濃厚なソースをマイルドにまとめてくれる。これは素晴らしい。家でもやってみよう。他にも美味しそうなパスタが色々とあったので、また是非おじゃまします。
