夫と義母の誕生日祝いに、久しぶりに夜に伺いました。生ハムのサラダ、カチョエペペ、ポロネーゼ、デザートの盛り合わせは全て美味しかったのですが、特にじっくり時間をかけて焼いて下さったラム肉は表面はカリカリクリスピーで中は柔らかくラムのいい香りだけが残っていて本当に絶品でした。お電話で事前にメニューの相談をさせていただきましたが奥様がとても親切に教えて下さって、おかげで誕生日の二人とも喜んでいました。絶品ラムの写真をとり忘れたのが残念です
