最近仕事の環境が変わり足を運べなくなってしまいましたが
個人的には日本で食べるイタリアンの中では
間違いなく最強に美味しいと思うお店です。
オーナーシェフのこだわりが随所に見られ
シンプルな料理はシンプルに。
イタリアの田舎を思わせるような料理の数々は
逆に新鮮に感じ、特にパスタはとびっきり美味しいです。
前回伺って作ってもらったウンブリア地方のパスタは
日本では食べたことがないパスタで、もちもちとした食感と
濃厚ソースがめちゃめちゃ合いました。
その際は珍しい希少価値のある生ハムもいただきました。
時よりイタリアより珍しい食材が届くみたいで
（イタリアに買付に行くこともあるそうです）
それを最大限に生かした料理をふるまってくれます。
また、いつ行っても親切丁寧な美人なおねーさんの
接客は心があたたかくなります。
料理に合うワインが多いので、ワイン好きにもおすすめ。
おねーさんに任せてしまうのもオッケーです。
まさにトラットリアな雰囲気の店内は
デートから普段使いまで幅広く使えるのもうれしいです。
唯一の欠点は私の家から遠いことくらい（笑
それでも足を運びたくなるお店です。
お店が暇な時は、オーナーシェフとお話しができますが
料理以外に、サッカーや自転車なんかの話で盛り上がりました。
仕事と趣味に注ぐ情熱と外見は、ほんとに日本人？と疑ってしまうほど。
仕事が落ち着いたらまた必ず行きたいお店です。
