食べログアワード銅の名店、昔は西麻布にあったそうだが、千歳船橋駅から歩いて15分のところにある。駅からは遠いがタクシーは広いにくく、頑張って歩いて行った方がいいだろう。
吉川シェフはイタリアンの重鎮だそうだが、住宅街の中にあるログハウス風のお店。おしゃれなお店ではあるがここが名店という感じが全くない。ログハウス風の建物で店内はテーブルが４卓で８人しか入れない。前日に予約したが当日は満席ではなく名店なのに行き易いようだ

コースはないようでバラで注文、名店というけどトラットリアの値段設定。ブルケッタのトマトのせは私のお気に入り、かりかりのパンとオリーブオイルとトマトがばっちりはまる。
カルボナーラはベーコンではなく塩豚、ソースは卵とペコリーノチーズで合えた本物のカルボナーラ。個人的には卵が多くもっと粘性があった方が好きだが、とろっとスープ状になったスープ。それに塩豚の塩分がよく合っているとおもう。
子牛サルテポッカがまたとても上手い、ちょっとかりっと仕上げた子牛がたまらない。
さすがのイタリアン。重鎮が作る料理はすばらしい。それがこの値段で味わえるのはすばらしい。
