こちらのシェフ イタリアンの巨匠 吉川シェフは、笑顔のいい好々爺の感じ
31年間 西麻布でカピトリーノという名でやっておられ、こちらに移って10年
氏は、日本イタリア料理協会（こういうのが有るんですね＾＾）初代会長
きっかけは、食通のグルメ王さんがみた ”雑誌Brutusで、メゼババの高山さんとの対談記事”
「受け入れられるかどうか？ イタリアっぽ過ぎる」 色んな評価を聞きながらお伺いしたが、”原点” を感じれる思ったより良い内容 パスタはちょっとシンプル過ぎるキライが有ったが、それ以外は、”また食べたい”レベル
ワインの取り揃えも 勿論イタリアワインでまずまずのラインナップ
デザートも古き良きタイプで上々 是非ともオーダーすべし！
