I visited late at night on a weekday. According to the ticket, it was 12:59, but there were about five customers. It had a relaxed atmosphere. I tried the rumored Shkmeruli hotpot that has been frequently mentioned on social media. It was 870 yen for a rice set (with a small portion of rice). It was served in a pot heated with solid fuel (the kind often used when hotpots are served at hot spring inns), but it was already served piping hot. It was incredibly hot. I felt like I slightly burned my palate with the first bite. I let my guard down, thinking it was something like white stew. The main ingredients were chicken, sweet potato, and cheese. There was quite a lot of chicken, and it wasn't stingy. I was a bit surprised by the sweet potato, and I felt it was a little too sweet for me, but this is probably a matter of personal preference. As for the taste of the stew, it was quite garlicky. It's undeniable that it has the "atmosphere" of a pre-made white stew, but it's a rich flavor that goes well with rice. Considering the price of 870 yen, it's not surprising. Lastly, I don't know if it was because I was drunk or if it went well with the shkmeruli, but the miso soup tasted really good.
