It's been eight months since I skipped breakfast. My weight is gradually dropping, minus 4kg. If I drink, I don't eat rice at dinner, so sometimes I really want to eat. Today I stopped in because I felt hungry before dinner. What I don't like about this chain restaurant is that you choose your meal using the touch panel. I guess I've become an old man. I touched the large serving. It was surprisingly big - more than enough to satisfy my hunger. There are three Gyudon (Beef bowl) here, Sukiya, and Yoshinoya, and today I felt that they were similar but not the same.
