True or not, the autumn/winter menu had just been released when I visited, so I ordered something called cheese dak galbi skewers. It said that it was spicy, and it was certainly a little hot, but I thought it had just the right amount of spiciness. More than that, I was surprised at how soft it was, despite being breast meat. The cheese was just your average melted cheese. But the gochujang-based sauce and cheese go well together. And then the reliable Premium Malts. It's sharp and bitter, so it's good. When I paid the bill, the staff asked me what I thought of the cheese dak galbi, and said, "Honestly, that's the best of the new menu."
