2024年3月の昼です.
この日は小田急線沿線で昼過ぎまで仕事. 大きくお昼を過ぎたところのランチ場所としてピックアップしておいたこちらの蕎麦屋に訪問です.
駅からはちょっと距離があります. 商店街を曲がったところにある博多鉄板焼肉のお店から漂う匂いに思わず吸い込まれそうになりましたが何とかお店に到着.
戸を開けて女将と目が合い、左手のカウンター席に案内されました. すぐ横に大きなキャンバスの絵が飾ってあります. 話を聞いていると女将は画家っぽい.
この後の仕事の予定がないのでお酒を飲んじゃえということで蕎麦前からスタート,

ハートランドを飲みながらおつまみ3点盛りで軽く胃を動かします. 3点揃ってではなくできた順に出してくれるのがありがたい.
まずは豆腐味噌漬け. チーズに近いねっとりとした感じです. 次いで鴨ロースは低温調理っぽい色合いで、柔らかくて肉汁が滲み出てきます. この鴨ロースはかなり好き. 最後に出てきたのは蛍烏賊と菜の花の柚子胡椒和え. どれもビールが進む品です.
ビールが空になったので日本酒に切り替え. 福島の一歩己を頼んで、アテにはへしこの炙り. これも適度な塩気と薫りで日本酒が進みます.
お酒に満たされた後はもりそばを注文. 笊に盛られた蕎麦は十割で薫りも良い. キレイに揃っていて喉越しもなかなかの蕎麦でした. つゆは濃いめでちょっと尖ったタイプ.
ご主人と奥様の2人でやっているお店ですが丁寧な仕事ぶりが好印象. 昼から通し営業というのも使いやすい. また来ます.
