流行りの、無菌豚のレア一辺倒の様な火入れとは一線を画した、絶妙な具合。
火は通り、スッと歯は通るものの、プリプリとしたなんとも言えない歯ごたえが堪らない。
とんかつという調理法の真髄を見れる。
店内の雰囲気もサイコー！

そして、白飯もサイコー！！味噌汁も美味しい
白飯好きな方にはさらにオススメなお店！ガス釜で炊いてると思われる白飯。

安くて美味しいんだが、全席喫煙というところが。ちょうど学生さんが食事終わりで一服というタイミングでこちらは食事開始という、少々次に伺うタイミングに迷う。

最初は肉の臭みが気になったが、途中からは気にならず。厚みあってコスパは高い。
