ヨウケル舎はお客様にとって安心できる“いなか”でありたいと思っています。 お友だちと時を忘れておしゃべりしたり、ひとりでゆっくり読書したり、いなかで暮らすようにゆっくり羽を伸ばせるおいしいお茶とおやつでゆっくり心を休ませるそんな場所でありたいと思っています。 |
夫婦で遅めのお昼を済ませた後、初訪問。
入店して、レジで「中煎りのはなやかブレンドコーヒーとレモンクリームタルト」を注文し、お会計を済ませた後、店内にあるティールームへ。
お冷はセルフですが、セルフで白湯も置いてあるお店は、なかなか無いと思います。
中煎りのはなやかブレンドコーヒーとレモンクリームタルトが運ばれてきました。
まず、はなやかブレンドコーヒーを一口。
浅煎りにほど近いスッキリした味わいと爽やかな飲み心地を堪能。
レモンクリームタルトは、クリームチーズとレモンクリームの二層となっており、クリームチーズの控えめな甘さにレモンクリームの酸味、タルトのサクサク感が口の中でマッチし、美味しさのハーモニーを奏でておりました。
とても美味しいケーキとコーヒーを堪能しました。
