ゴールデンウイーク後半初っぱな。
今日はハーレーで台場に肉フェス(^^)
帰り連れのアイアンがギア入ったまんまでセル回すもんだから立ゴケ。
ちょいイライラ。ってなわけで夕飯は焼肉。
評がばらけるけど悪くは無さそう。
19時に予約し進軍。到着すると満席。予約してて
良かった～。
キムチ
ややしょっぱいものの、良くあるヘンな甘さが
無くて旨いね。
ニンニク
予め小鉢で調理されサーブ。ホクホク感が
たまらない。
上牛タン塩
焼き方マニュアルがあってね、それどおりに
焼いたの。コリコリが良いね。
ホルモン盛り合わせ
何が何だかわかんなくなっちゃったけどね
