休日のランチで訪問する時は予約がないとほぼ30分以上待たされるか、最悪は予約が一杯で入る事すらできないお店。この日は予約なしで11時くらいに訪れて40分待ちで個室に案内されました。ちなみに個室は別途費用がかかりますが、ここしか空かなかったのでしょうがない。。
丁寧な接客で個室に案内されました。なんだかんだ個室は落ち着くので癖になりますね。
赤身ロースとカルビのミックスランチと追加でタン塩を注文。しばらくして、見るからに品の良いお肉が登場！それではゆっくりと味わいたいと思います。
まずは叙々苑サラダから。う〜ん絶妙な塩味で無限に食べれそうです。赤身ロースとカルビを焼きながらキムチを一口。こちらも雑味のない上品なキムチですね〜辛さ控えめだけど旨味は充分といった感じ。そしてお肉が焼けたのでタレをつけていただきます。
いや〜美味いです！ロースの美味しさが分かる年頃になりました。とはいえカルビを頬張れば、カルビ特有の甘みと脂加減に脳内が幸福感でいっぱいです。
続いてタン塩をレモン汁でさっぱりといただきます。やっぱり安定の叙々苑！肉に外れ無しですね！
ご飯、ナムル、スープどれをとっても美味しいのですが、それなりの金額だから当たり前か？と言われるとそうでは無いと思います。同じくらいの料金で外れてる焼肉屋が多い中、叙々苑はどの店舗で食べても一定の品質を保ってるので素晴らしいと思います。
食後にデザートも付いて40分待ったのがどこか飛んでいきました（笑）
