下の層はさっぱりスープ。
ほどよい辛さ。麺も細くておいしい。

しっとりめのチャーハン。味も濃い色してるけど、塩加減も優しめ！
シャキッとレタスに、ふわふわしてるのは魚？？？
スープはちょうどいい塩梅の醤油味でコーンと根菜。

テーブルに置かれた瞬間からめたくそいい匂い。
野菜もたっぷりで、醤油ベースなのにやさしい。

日替わりランチの鱈と豆腐の四川風美味しすぎてソースをギリギリまて掬ってました
食べやすい味付けで、近所にあったら外食時に通いたいなと思うようなお店でした。
