ハイレベルな四川料理店
経堂という郊外にありながらかなりハイレベルな四川料理店である。
経堂駅の改札を出たら右へ進み、農大通りに入って歩くこと数分。左手にあって、ビルの2階。
メニューは写真と日本語による説明があってとても分かりやすい。
よだれ鶏、セロリと紫キャベツを山椒でアッサリと和えたもの、白身魚の切り身を揚げて山椒をかけたもの、塩味ワンタンスープ（鶏スープ仕立て）、麻婆豆腐を頂いたのだが、どれもとても味に深みがあって美味。山椒を使った料理がどうしても多いのだが、単調ということはない。
お酒のお値段も良心的。老酒をボトルで頼んだのだが、合理的なお値段であった。

Although it is located in the suburbs of Kyodo, it is a very high-quality Szechuan Cuisine restaurant. The food is delicious, you don't have to wait, the customer service is good, and it's cheap. According to a Sushi chef acquaintance, he is from Kawakoen in Shinjuku. After exiting the ticket gate at Kyodo Station, turn right, enter Nodai-dori Street, and walk for a few minutes. It's on the 2nd floor of a small building on the left. The menu is very easy to understand with photos and explanations in Japanese. There were course options, but we (2 people) ordered a la carte. To me, drool chicken is a fine main dish, but at this restaurant, drool chicken is on the appetizer menu, and even in the course menu, drool chicken is considered an appetizer. When I ordered the Drool Chicken, the food arrived really quickly. It has a strong spicy flavor, and is not only spicy but also deep in flavor. It was so delicious that I saved the remaining sauce until the end and poured it over the fried rice. Other dishes we received were salty stir-fried seasonal greens, mapo tofu, fried rice with Sichuan pickles, and chicken noodles. The depth of flavor of mapo tofu is exquisite. I was a little intimidated by the look of the pepper, but when I ate it, it wasn't that spicy. On the other hand, the sesame sauce on the fried chicken noodles was quite spicy, and I started sweating all at once, but it was also very delicious. When I added the soy sauce that came with it, the spiciness became a little more mellow and the taste changed for the better. Even though the restaurant was full, the food was served at a good pace, and we left the restaurant in just over an hour. The price is 8,040 yen for two people (in addition to the above dishes, you order a medium bottle of beer and a non-alcoholic beer). There were two women serving customers, and they were very polite, attentive, and attentive. The food is delicious, you don't have to wait, the customer service is good, and it's cheap. It has a really good aftertaste.
