私は無類の坦々麺好きだ。経堂在住のグルメな先輩に、坦々麺を食べたくなったら駅前の香気に行く、と言ったら、何をゆっとるんだと教えてもらったのが蜀彩の豆乳坦々麺。
いつも混む店だが、この日は入れた。お客さんの平均年齢はやや高め。騒がしくなくてよき。
暑いけど、温かい豆乳坦々麺を注文。200円の小ライスもつける。
まろやかで深みのある胡麻ベースのスープに、ごろごろしたひき肉と細かいねぎ、さらにいりごまが乗っている。このいりごまがまたうまくて、噛むとゴマの中からさらに胡麻の風味が溢れてくる。
極めつけは青梗菜。とても野菜の甘みが引き出されていて、辛くてまろやかな坦々麺によく合う。
すばらしい坦々麺体験でした。
しかし値段は1,300円。ご飯もつけると1,500円。普段のランチには、私にはちょっと贅沢かなーという選択肢。
