定食屋さんってそんなに味の違いが出るところに遭遇したことないんだけど、けっこう味噌汁に違いが出てたりする(自論)。
ここのお味噌汁は、、、
まあ至って普通。強いて言うなら、お豆腐が小さい。もっと大きいのが好きだな。
という感じであんまり期待してなかったんだが、豚の味噌煮を食べてびっくり。ちゃんと麹の味がして美味しいじゃないか。一緒に行った人たちは日替わり(豚の黒胡椒炒め)と唐揚げ定食だったので少し摘ませてもらったんだけど、どれもめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
定食屋のレベルを味噌汁のレベルで判明する説は、間違っていた。
