世田谷線沿線を散策し、三軒茶屋駅から山下駅まで歩きました。
かなり歩き、疲れました。
最後にパンを購入。墨繪 豪徳寺店。
すみのえ食パン。
生地づくりの「こね」を２回にわけ、発酵種を作ってからこねていく中種製法で焼きました。生地が水をよく吸うのでパンがやわらか。とのことです。
美味しい食パンです。
ハード系のパンも購入。味わいのある美味しいパン。香ばしく中はしっとりとフルーツの味。
翌日の朝食に美味しくいただきました。
