これは、味には関係ないようだ

これも味には全く関係なかった
この日はテーブル席を含め満席
地元客に愛されているお店のようだ
メニューは「花」コースを選択した
カウンターなので揚げ場が一望出来る
と、揚げた天麩羅がご主人のお箸からポロリ
おっとっと ソレ 私のですか？
天麩羅の揚げ方は当方が好きな「カラっと」
ではなく、非常に重厚な印象
コースの〆のご飯は「天むす」・・珍しい
（多分）ご主人の奥方様が白御飯に
天カスを混ぜ、団子状態にした物なのだが
こちらも油がとても重く感じられてしまい
私の口と胃にとっては苦手なご飯物だった
二つ隣の駅には某都知事が政治活動を
行った（らしい）天富良やさんがある
そうなので、これから天麩羅を食べる時
には絶対にそちらに行ってみよう・と
