細打ちで喉越し良く，蕎麦の風味を楽しめますね
写真はランチセット1000円でお腹も満足
次回は十割蕎麦も試したいと思います。

本格的な粗挽の手打ち蕎麦
国産の玄蕎麦、丸抜き蕎麦を産地から直接取り寄せ自家製粉し毎日丁寧に打っています。 |
散歩の途中で久しぶりに立ち寄りました。
開店から10分で入店しましたが、私で満席になりギリギリセーフでした。
前回も12時前には満席でしたので土曜は予約した方がいいかもですねー。
写真は海老野菜天せいろ1650円
今年の新そばだからなのか？いつもより蕎麦の香りが強く感じることができ、ツユなしでも美味。
天ぷらは個人的には塩が欲しかったですが、海老2本、シシトウ、カボチャ、レンコンがサクサクで美味しかったです。
蕎麦湯もすべて飲んで満腹になりました。
