国産の玄蕎麦、丸抜き蕎麦を産地から直接取り寄せ自家製粉し毎日丁寧に打っています。 |
住宅街にひっそりとあるお蕎麦屋さん。
評価が良かったので行ってみたら、平日なのに並んでました。
お蕎麦は、そばの実が分かる位の挽き具合。細めの喉越しの良い蕎麦です。
なめこおろし蕎麦をオーダー。具材がしっかり多めで、嬉しい限り。
機会があれば、また来たいですね。
