A stylish pizza place unlike anything you'd expect in Kyodo
I love my hometown Kyodo, but I don't think Kyodo is a town that suits fashionable Restaurants. My impression is that the only places that have survived are cheap, tasty, and casual places that you can drop in to for lunch on a holiday. A friend invited me to this restaurant, and I went there for lunch on a holiday. It's about a two-minute walk from the station. Salad, pizza and a drink were priced at a fairly aggressive 1,400 yen (the price of the drink varies slightly depending on the menu). There were four types of pizza to choose from, but I chose the pizza of the day (whitebait and broccoli). The pizza was chewy as it was baked in a wood-fired oven, and even the crust was delicious!! It seemed like the place was always about 80% full. It was delicious ^ ^ But it doesn't feel very Kyodo-like after all (^^;;

I think they used to have a lunch course, but this time I ordered a la carte. I ordered orange cider because one drink is required (or there is a double charge). The pizza is as delicious as ever! I ate my favorite fungi and dried mullet roe pizza in no time. I think over 4,000 yen per person for a drink, pizza, and coffee after the meal is a bit expensive...
