ワンタンはギュッとしててパサつくと思いきやジューシーだし、皮もぴろんぴろん。
チャーシューも増したいけどお腹の問題。。
上煮干という限定もあり、濃いとちうのだが食べない訳にはいかず、頼んだがそこまでにボラーではないわたしにはデフォで良かった。
また後、豚焼脂の替え玉です。
この粉は煮干しから作られてるのだろうか？肉はもうラーメンのチャーシュー通りうまいし、ホタルイカと煮干で作られた酢の味変も素敵で。
夏は冷やしがあるとかないとか。
