プリンセスケーキと全粒粉のスコーンを注文。
スコーンは大きめで、温めて提供されるのが嬉しいポイント。外側はカリッとしていて、中はふんわりとしています。パサつきはなく、しっとりとした食感。全粒粉の風味がしっかり感じられ、素朴で心温まる味わいがします。
プリンセスケーキのビジュアルは、ピンクの衣が一面にかかっており、名前の通り非常に可愛らしく華やかです。土台のスポンジケーキはしっとりとしており、ラズベリージャムがサンドされています。スポンジは少し粗めで重たい感じがあります。生クリームは多めですが、ラズベリーソースの甘酸っぱさと良く調和しており、思ったよりもすっきりとしています。全体の甘さも控えめで、見た目に反して上品な味わいです。
この店では珍しいお菓子が楽しめるだけでなく、オシャレで可愛らしい雰囲気も魅力の一つです。ローカルな駅前の商店街にあるこの店は、地元でとても重宝されています。
