[1 minute from Kyodo Station] We offer Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and yakiton made with fresh ingredients! Completely non-smoking, so it's safe for families with children.
A long-loved Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Ekoda, "Motsuyaki Abusan," has relocated and opened as "Taishu Sakaba CRiB" on the basement floor of a building in front of Kyodo Station! We offer Yakitor |
This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in the basement of a building near Kyodo Station, in a corner of a row of restaurants. I wonder if it opened recently? I don't think it was here a while ago, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. Maybe because the lady in charge of the floor was friendly, there were a few older men eating alone. And there were times when I talked to the lady. There was no appetizer. However, there was a 100 yen seat charge. That's not a problem. Looking at the menu, it seems that yakitori and yakiton are the main dishes, but there are also plenty of single dishes. I ordered chicken breast, pork innards, and Grilled skewer Onigiri. The previous Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) I went to, Napoleon, was about 100 yen per skewer, so this one is about 1.5 times more expensive, but the taste is better. The size is also large and it looks great. The chicken breast is just the right amount of elasticity and salty. The browning is also good. The meat quality is also better here, perhaps because it is more expensive. The pork innards are like stewed pork innards skewered on a skewer. They were very tender. It was very easy to eat and I thought it was delicious, but maybe it was a little lacking in spice for the gori-gori crowd. And the grilled Onigiri. These were the best. The outside was crispy and the seasoning was exquisite. It was even more delicious with a little garlic butter. The garlic was a regular paste type, so if the quality had been a little better, it would have been even more delicious.
