しおてさんは蕎麦屋なのだけど、蕎麦以外の充実度が半端ない。蕎麦を食べる前にお腹いっぱいになってしまうのではないか（ならんけど）、と思うほどアレもコレも美味しい。
さて、本日は出汁が抜群にうまいおひたしのお通しをツマミに蛇腹ビールから入ります。
食べるべき一品の一つ、お刺身盛合わせに合わせるのは超辛口、大好き乾坤一。キリリとしまったお酒に魚の旨みが引き立ちます。続いて鮪と浅月のぬたが登場し、刺し盛りの鮪かぶりになってしまったのはご愛嬌。比較的甘いぬたと乾坤一のアマイカライが往復ビンタのように押し寄せます。続くはたはたが秀逸。一夜干しだけに炙っただけなのだが、ジューシーで日本酒が合う合う。
春も近しということです春霞で贅沢に帆立と菜花が溢れんばかりのだし巻きと、奥さんイチオシのオトナの蕗の味噌グラタンをいただきます。
百合根と天豆のかき揚げが今日イチ。森嶋が旨さみを引き立たせてくれます。
〆の蕎麦はくるみ汁蕎麦、大盛です。蕎麦がいい香りを放っていました。
蛇腹ビール、グラスビール小、お皿6品、蕎麦2種で〆て15,680円也。
