Two people visited on a weekday Friday at 6:30 p.m. I made a reservation the day before via Tabelog. You can get 10% off by using the coupon. According to Tabelog information, it opened in June 2020, which means it was in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Since it's been open for three years, the interior is clean and stylish. There are table seats with high chairs and table seats with low chairs. The following is what we ordered: There were a few operational mistakes (as shown at the end of this post), but not enough to make me angry. ◯Draft beer (Ichiban Shibori) 605 yen x 2 cups (served in a slender glass rather than a medium mug). The appetizer is shrimp rice crackers. ◯ Gizzard with green onion salt 495 yen ◯ Smooth teppan dashi-maki egg 583 yen (If you look at the photo, you'll be able to understand how I felt. It's quite different from the thick dashi soup like the soup-wrapped egg of Kyoto cuisine) ◯Street-style sauce Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) 638 yen ◯ Okonomiyaki called "THE Butatama" 715 yen, topped with squid + 220 yen. There's a lot of mayonnaise. ◯Tofu salad 715 yen. This is quite delicious. The flavor of the tofu is rich and good. ◯Hoppy black set 550 yen ◯Hoppy medium (naka) 220 yen Finishing price is 6,204 yen. I didn't even have to ask for the Tabelog coupon to get a 10% discount, which cost me 5,584 yen. I think it's safe to say that the prices are reasonable given the current climate. However, personally, rather than lowering the prices (although this is not limited to this store), I thought about how to get customers to follow me (even if I raised the prices a little). I think it's better. Note: Regarding operational errors ① I ordered salted konbu pork Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), but I was served Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) sauce. I also heard that my companion ordered "Salt Konbu Pork Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)," so I believe that the person who took our order misheard it, but we both thought it was a mistake. Of course, the possibility cannot be denied. However, when I pointed out that it was a mistake, the female staff apologized profusely, so I was apologetic and continued to eat Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) the sauce (good job to the female staff, I guess). ②The Okonomiyaki called THE Butatama had shrimp in it. Our recommended product, ``Arata Special Kiwami,'' contains both pork and shrimp, but the store didn't seem to intend to include it, so shrimp was accidentally added during the cooking process. Maybe they put shrimp in it as a service. However, since I have a shrimp allergy, I had to try again. ③ Draft beer and sours that I hadn't ordered were served to me (apparently they were from another table).
