アド町で紹介されるなど最近注目の七輪いちわさんに2回目の訪問。定番のホルモン盛り合わせ、ハラミ、もやしナムル、キムチ盛合せ、ビールでまずはスタート。やはりここのホルモンは丁寧に仕込まれていて素晴らしく美味しい。味付け、固さ、歯ごたえ、などなどバランスよい。追加でニンニク胡麻油、チョレギサラダ、カルビ、ビール。さらに上ハラミにサワーとハイボール、しめは石焼きビビンバ。至福のオリジナルフルコースを堪能。今回印象に強く残ったのは、カクテキ、ホルモン、上ハラミ、石焼きビビンバ。なんだか絶妙にいろいろバランスがとれた至福の時をすごせました。お店の皆さまありがとうございました。
