先日カヌレを買って、カリカリの生地で本物のカヌレだー！とうれしかったのですが今日は焼きたてのアップルパイを買いました。
実はさほどアップルパイを美味しいと思ったことがなくて特に好物でもないのですが、焼きたてです！のひとことにつられて買ってしまいました。
一人分ずつ焼いてる、ピザのように生地の上にりんごをのせて焼いたシンプルなアップルパイ。
焼きたてを買っておきながらも、持ち帰って食べたのは2時間以上経ってからだったのですが、確かに冷めているのにパイ生地がサクサクのカリカリでとても美味しい。
りんごが自然な甘さで程よく噛み切れる。
りんご自体がすごく美味しいアップルパイでした。
今まで食べたアップルパイの中では一番好きかもしれないです。また食べたいなと思いました。
