牡蠣の季節到来ということで牡蠣山椒カレーが美味しそうでBMしていたこちらへ訪問しました。カレーのため小田急線で下北沢の次に降りる駅豪徳寺…久しぶりです。
平日18:15訪問。先客2名、後客なし。
◎通し営業
・海外の小さな街の街の食堂のような雰囲気です。
18:27着カレー。
◎4種類の副菜の乗ったライスにトッピングのパクチーが山盛り！ここまでパクチー盛りは初めてかもしれません。パクチー好きな自分としては嬉しい限りでウェルカム。
副菜はポルサンボル（ココナッツのふりかけ）や豆などちょっとスリランカぽさを感じます。
◎カキ山椒カレー
具の牡蠣×3
グレイビーはサラサラ目で牡蠣の旨みが濃厚。
ネパール山椒（ティムル）は普通の山椒より香りが酸味というか爽やかで、牡蠣の独特さを上書きしていて美味い！
コリアンダーなど山椒以外のスパイスも効いています。
ナスは別で焼いたものを合わせたと思われますが瑞々しく○
牡蠣×ネパール山椒（ティムル）×パクチーと自分は好みな組み合わせだったのもあり度ストライクで、あっという間に食べ終わってしまいました。
牡蠣好きの方は刺さると思います。
スパイス酒やスパイスセット販売など随所に店主さんのこだわりを感じ、チキンカレーや他のカレーも間違いなさそうな気がします。
こんなお店が最寄駅にあったらと思いました。
