友人と２人で行って来ました。
韓国料理と飲み物が味わえるお店。
過去に１度、サムギョプサルは食べたことがあったけど、２度目だったので、美味しい食べ方がよくわかってなくてどうしようと思ってたら、お店の方が、いろいろ教えてくれて、手際よく美味しく食べやすいサイズにカットし、美味しく焼いてくれた。
美味しい食べ合わせやトッピング、食べ方など教えてもらいました(^^♪
飲み物は、サッポロ生ビールも冷えててクリーミィな泡で美味しくて、マッコリもいろいろあって、飲みやすくて美味しかった。
私は黒豆マッコリ、友達は桃マッコリを飲みました。
初めて食べたカンジャンへサンムルは、海産物の醬油漬け。
海老、帆立、鮪、鮭の醬油漬けは、エビの頭部分は焼いて提供してくれました。
海老はまるごとカルシウムですね。
濃厚な海老の頭部分の味噌も美味しかった。
韓国焼カレーも初めていただき、おこげのご飯にカレーを混ぜながら目の前で調理してくれて、
キムチとニンニクチップ入りで、辛さも丁度良く、キムチとカレーもあってて美味しかった。
私は生ビールとマッコリでほどよく良い感じに酔ってきたので、〆にコーン茶いただきました。
コーン茶大好き。香ばしくて美味しい。
ドリンクもお料理も多数あって、コーン茶で割っても美味しそうだし、ミチョサワーも気になった。
韓国のりやキムチ、チーズやニンニク等々、お酒のおつまみにぴったりな食材もいっぱいあって、次行ったときは今日食べられなかったメニューも食べて飲んでみたいなぁ。
気さくで優しいスタッフさんの雰囲気と、案内されたお店の2階はカウンターで８席あった。カウンター越しにいただいたので、目の前のスタッフさんにとてもよくしていただきました。
味も雰囲気も料理も美味しくて、とても居心地の良いお店でした。
