千歳船橋にオープンしたパンと喫茶のお店。
モーニングからアルコールも飲めるようです。
1階は小さな売り場ですが、
場所の割には種類はあるかな。
少し急な階段を上がると、
イートインスペースになっています。
●エスプレッソクリームミルクフランス ¥300
淡島珈琲さんの豆を使用。
細くむしっと噛み応えのある生地に、
ほんのりとエスプレッソの風味のクリーム。
ワインのお供にも良さそうなミルクフランス。
●有塩バターサンド
全粒粉の食パンにこっそりバターを挟んで。
パン自体がとても美味しい♪
全粒粉を80%使用し、
亜麻仁と玄米も加えていて、
滋味深い味わい！
クラストはひきがあって、
クラムはしっとりふわふわ、
全粒粉がとても香ばしくて美味しいので、
バターがなくても美味しい。
●ハムとカマンベール
48baguette使用、
大山ポークハムをサンド。
気泡が少なく、
きめがきゅっとしたクラムで、
ソフトめなバゲット。
●コーングリッツの食パン
軽く温めてカットして出して下さいます。
クラストはコーングリッツが少しだけガリっと香ばしく、
クラムはややもっちりとして、
こちらもとても美味しい♪
●栗のあんぱん ¥240
何となくひよこをイメージする感じで、
栗餡がぎっしり、
薄めの生地はひよこの皮みたいな、
少し固さがあります。
●アメリカーノ ¥530
サラリと飲みやすい苦味。
●ラテ アイス ¥600
あっさりしたラテ。
イートインでいただくと、
ひと口サイズにカットして下さったので、
されたくない方は伝えた方が良いかも。
また他のものもいただいてみたいと思います☆
