駅から徒歩30秒。
たたずまいからしていい感じのお店です。
メニューは、ボードに書かれたものが、
テーブルごとの仕切り代わりにコロコロと運ばれて参ります。
1000円を超えるものは少ない
→小皿料理をみんなで皿数頼んで、いろいろ楽しもう！！です。
ただ、事前におすすめメニューをチェックしてきたはずなのですが、
そのメニューがかなり無い！！
多分、主要メニュー以外は、結構入れ替わるのではないでしょうか。
なので、これが食べたい！！と狙いがある時には、危ないかもしれません。
お料理は、何を頼んでも、個性があっておいしいです。
私が頼んだのは、かに玉、空芯菜の炒め、牛タンとセロリの和え物、水餃子、えびラーメン、チャーハンなどでしたが、どれも大満足です。
ただ、前にも“小皿”と書いたように、量は普通のイメージの半分ぐらいなので、
そこは心得ておきましょう。
面白いのは、麺の仕上がりにこだわりがあることで、
麺の調理台が、客席中央にあります。
奥の厨房から運んでいるうちに、麺がのびてしまうのが納得行かないようです。
なので、麺類のオーダーが入ると、シェフが厨房から出てきて、
すぐ横で調理してくれます。
ちょっとしたエンターテインメントとして、面白いです。
などなど、総合的にお気に入りの１店となりました。
また、お邪魔すること、間違いなしです。
