祖師谷大蔵のウルトラマン商店街にある洋菓子店。
ロールケーキが一番人気のようですが、購入したのは千円のフロマージュテリーヌ。
マスカルポーネ、クリームチーズ、サワークリーム、エダムチーズを混ぜ合わせた生地をテリーヌ型で焼き上げ、
生地の上部には、カソナードと呼ばれるさとうきび100%の赤砂糖を使用してカリッとした食感を追加した珍しいタイプのチーズケーキです。
カソナードと言ってますが、主観ではカラメルですね。
甘すぎないチーズケーキの上部をカラメルでコーティングしてあるといった印象です。
コーヒー、紅茶、牛乳にも合いますし、甘すぎないのでワインなんかでもイケそう。
価格も手ごろでちょうど良いお土産になりました。
