かれこれ94年も愛され続けている
洋菓子店です。
入店すると、すぐ冷蔵ショーケース。
その奥が、カフェになっています。
全体に、レトロな雰囲気があふれています。
ショーケースには24種類ほどのフレッシュケーキが。
定番のものがずらりです。
この日、いただいたもの。
１，モンブラン
土台は、メレンゲではなく、
タルト生地。
中心に生クリームですが、
それより、栗のクリームが
多いことに好感がもてます。
が、私には、かなり甘すぎました。
２，アッサムティー
ケーキとセットで、902円。
ポットサービスです。
原材料費が高騰にもかかわらず、
この価格はとても良心的。
老舗の風格です。
