古き良き商店街、小田急線・祖師谷大蔵駅から三方向に延びる「ウルトラマン商店街」。
複数の商店街が同じ名前で運営される事は稀なので、祖師谷大蔵の商店街はこれからのスタンダードになるはず？
とは言っても、商店会に加入してなさそうな資本系のお店もかなりある。
ここ「コンディトライ・ニシキヤ」はそれら資本系とは無縁の雰囲気。
カフェコーナーも広く、間口は狭いが奥行きがある作り。
ミルキーブラン（白いジェノワーズとホワイトチョコのクリーム）はなんだか掴み所のない味。
何も主張せずに溶けてゆく・・・
コーヒーも普通なので、これといった印象が残らない感じ。
紫芋のモンブランは、かなり主張していて、これぞ洋菓子と言った味わい。
