今日は無性に牡蠣フライが食べたくなり、前から気になってた とんかつ鈴の屋さんに訪問
お店はこちらで長く営んでいる老舗のとんかつ屋って感じ
入り口で消毒をして着座
清潔感の有るお店です
食べたかった牡蠣フライは今季はもう最後らしく食すことが出来てラッキー
牡蠣フライの牡蠣は大将が仕入れて手で洗った時
の感触で今季は終わりか判断して居る
大ぶりのふわふわの牡蠣が自家製タルタルと相まって美味しさを引き立てる
まさに職人の牡蠣フライでした
